Last Fall I had the pleasure to spend a few months in Sunny San Diego, where I spent a few delightful hours at Racine & Laramie, San Diego’s first cigar store.   I started chatting with Ian, the tobacconist on duty at the time, about cigars, cigar boxes, and guitars.  I bought a few empties and he gave me a house brand box and asked that I send him a photo of the guitar I made from it.  Well, here it is, the R&L Special, a gift for my friend Michael, who was kind enough to donate a good chunk to my crowdfunding campaign for my most recent album Wealthy & Division.
